Women, Children and youth up to 17 years old will have the chance to change, develop their leadership potential, develop their skills in various social innovation approaches and methodologies, strengthen their gender-sensitive lens and skills, improve their advocacy and presentation skills, and become member of a dynamic network and innovators.
All participants will receive a certificate of participation and attendance. And will have the chance to attend a series of workshops, training, outdoor and community services activities.
Women will be engaged in social activities and project to enable and empower them to build their capabilities to overcome their difficult circumstances and crisis.
The program will be focusing on each woman abilities and capabilities to allow them to learn and build capacities based on the engagements and involvement.
(LOT is a 4 weeks Growth mindset program (once per week) for middle and high school students age between 12-18. Students will participate in a variety of educational programs focusing on interpersonal skills, communication, teamwork and ethics in communities.
Our programs include all materials, all speakers, excursions, activities to implement the knowledge and understanding of the below skills: As part of the program, the LOT have a one-time outing at the end of each Level to build with our participants on their knowledge activities for them to have a real-life experience. This outing will allow our participants to finish the Level and move to the next one.
